At Wide Fit Shoes, we want you to step out in total comfort, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any footwear that doesn't provide the perfect fit. Please ensure all returned items are in their original, unworn condition and include the branded packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back into their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag to protect the packaging during transit.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use the provided QR code at an authorized drop-off location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
